2021 Grand Design Solitude 346FLS Fifth Wheel is available for rent on one of the pads. RV sleeps 6: 1 CA king, 2 tri-fold couches. The RV cannot be taken from the property.

Balance Due: The remaining rental balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Refund Percentage is of the funds paid after excluding the $25 nonrefundable Administrative Fee

1. 30 days or more prior to arrival - 100%
2. 21-29 days prior to arrival - 75% refund
3. 14-20 days prior to arrival - 50% refund
4. 13 or fewer days prior to arrival - No Refund

*Plus 8% MT Accommodation Tax (30 days plus exempt)

**Additional per person charges Rates are for 2 adults. Children 12 and under are free. Additional charges per person over 12 (if more than 2):

•  $5/person/day for stay < week
• $30/person/week for stay < 1 month
• $100/person/month for stay > 1 month

***Seasonal dates The 5-month season can be negotiated based on the weather temperatures. Dates given are norms to avoid freezing water connections between hydrant and camper.

****Deposit Required A deposit for the applicable percentage of the total including site/rv rent, extra person fees is due with the reservation as well as the nonrefundable Administrative Fee.
