For the purposes of this agreement, 'We' means Logan Abbey, property owners, and adjacent property and road easement owners; and 'You' means yourself, your family, and/or any other guest you bring to the property.
You realize and accept that you will be travelling through and staying in a wilderness area. We continually try to make improvements for your safety and comfort. However, we cannnot be held responsible for damages to yourself or your property, as a result of, but not limited to wildlife, falling rocks, falling trees, road conditions, wildfires, wind, rain, ice or any other natural event.
